My perspective was forged by experience on both sides of the table. After years architecting enterprise solutions for clients, I took on an operational leadership role where I was the one managing the vendors and the projects. Price: $10,000 - $20,000 CAD (Fixed-Fee Project)

More importantly, my insider knowledge of vendor pricing and negotiation tactics provides powerful leverage. My fee is frequently covered by the direct savings I secure in the final contract.

I serve as your firm’s ongoing, fractional Chief Information Officer (CIO) and strategic advisor. This retainer provides you with continuous executive-level guidance to ensure your technology strategy is not only implemented but evolves with your firm. Services include proactive vendor management, oversight of your technology roadmap, and serving as your go-to expert for any strategic challenges that arise.
Price: $5,000 - $10,000+ CAD (No Contract, Monthly Retainer)
